The Plus Wonder Internship Program is a unique opportunity for highly motivated students to gain valuable experience in research and communications, supporting Plus Wonder’s mission to help people forge the Deep Connections that make great things happen.
We offer two distinct internships running concurrently: Research and Social Media. Internships are unpaid and last for one semester, from either September to December or January to May. They are open to anyone eligible to work in the United States.
These remote, part time internships will be tailored to the availability of the recipient in order to accommodate employment or education limitations.
Plus Wonder is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
Love research and have a knack for analysis? Assist Plus Wonder in researching new partnerships of purpose, identifying organizational partners for future initiatives, and compiling information on the problem of hyper-individualism and divided society to help us support radical collaboration skill-building to tackle complex issues. Support Plus Wonder in compiling research that will feed into highly collaborative reports and case studies with industry leaders.

The Plus Wonder Internship Program takes a project-based and collaborative approach to learning real-life job skills and concludes with a public-facing virtual presentation of work open to our team, board members, and stakeholders.
The two internships work both independently and collaboratively to tackle their internship responsibilities as well as discover the possibilities of their collective efforts within the timeframe of the internship.
Upon successful completion of the internship, the interns will have produced a set number of deliverables and received adequate training and feedback to complete them to a high standard, which can be used in their portfolios and presentation.
Exit interviews will be conducted, and verification of employment will be provided. Upon request, interns can receive a constructive job performance conversation, rooted in a guided self-assessment, and a posted LinkedIn recommendation.
Receipt of this internship requires acknowledgement that no job is guaranteed upon completion of the internship.
