Plus Wonder Education was honored to attend the National Career Development Conference (NCDC) for Jobs with America’s Gradates (JAG). We believe in the power of connection, and we’re incredibly proud to have connected with the future leaders and change-makers being cultivated by JAG. We shared our passion for deep connection and collaboration with the JAG community.
The NCDC brings together students, educators, career development professionals, and organizations dedicated to empowering young people. For Plus Wonder, it was the perfect platform to connect with JAG participants – bright, motivated young individuals on the cusp of their careers.
JAG’s mission resonates deeply with our own. They’re not just providing education; they’re equipping young people with the skills and support they need to thrive. They’re fostering resilience, determination, and a belief in their own potential. These are the very qualities that deep connection amplifies. We believe that by fostering strong connections, we can unlock even greater potential within these young individuals.
At our expo table, we showcased the power of Deep Connection and Collaboration. We shared resources and tools designed to help young people build meaningful relationships, network effectively, and understand the profound impact of human connection in the professional world. In today’s increasingly digital landscape, the ability to connect authentically is more crucial than ever. We demonstrated how our Six Degrees of Connection Framework can empower individuals to navigate their careers with confidence and build a strong support network.
But we weren’t just there to share; we were there to learn. We film students and specialists as they reflected on partnership and connection. Stay tuned for those powerful stories.
We also led workshops on the Six Degrees of Connection Framework to 80+ students, providing practical tools and strategies for building strong and meaningful connections. These interactive sessions empowered participants to harness the power of connection in their own lives and careers.
