“Disagree – never disrespect. The shared values are love, respect and trust. And communication. We don’t always agree on everything, but we always agree to discuss, and I think that’s really important. I think that’s important for anyone, that you can have debates and discuss and disagree, but never disrespect.”

Chris Redlitz

“I think the common purpose of The Last Mile has created some challenges, but it’s also… I think it’s strengthened us, together, I really do. It’s… we had a lot of things that became, sort of, common interest, but this is a common purpose, and I think there’s a different between interest and purpose.”

Chris Redlitz

“So, we have mutual respect and love and admiration, but we also have this unspoken code that if it gets too hard, I know he can take over and run with it and accomplish anything. And the same is true for Chris. Because we have such specialized areas that we’re really, really good at, if I feel like I’m out of my comfort zone in doing something, I’ll pass it on. And I never, ever think twice about whether it will be done to perfection or in the best way possible it can… done… can be done, once it’s handed off. And so you don’t that… I never have fear of failing, I never have fear of being able to accomplish what we set out to do, because I know that if it gets too hard, he has my back.”
