Dasra x Jean Oelwang

In September, cofounder Jean Oelwang was honored to speak at Dasra’s SouthxSouth – The Power of Collaboratives gathering alongside Perry Hewitt from data.org.

This event brought together more than six leading organizations and fifteen partners with a common goal to center equity, diversity, inclusion with a commitment to join forces to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 through collective dialogue and action.

In this session, Jean and Perry discussed how the collective desire for good is one of the strongest ingredients for purposeful partnerships and what other elements help nurture them. Furthermore, the discussion explored the power of data for good as a tool that fuels partnerships by bringing efficiency, transparency, and promoting accountability.
